Out of town trip during Mother's day weekend (5/8/09)
We made a few stops before heading to Whidbey Island for the weekend. First stop was at Skagit town to see beautiful tulips. Kaler loved smelling the tulips but not being gentle with them yet. Then we stopped at Deception Pass and walked down to the beach watching boats and airplanes went by. Kaler enjoyed playing with rocks and sand on the beach. It was a little chilly weekend but it was great to get out of town for a little bit.

Visited The Oakley during 3/28/09 weekend. Birthday party for Emma, Lauren & Aiden.
We rode the train down and back between Canby, OR and Seattle to visit the Oakley and Marie. It was the 2nd time for Kaler being on the train. Not sure he could remember anything when he was on the train the 1st time. This time Kaler had fun walking up and down between the train carriages and enjoyed seeing the automatic door opened and shut on the train. It was nice for Guy and I that we didn't have to drive and Kaler can be free but of course he wouldn't take a nap. So you can imagine what the rest of the day would be like.
